Interior Motives Design Awards 2006 prizes will be awarded for the following eight categories:

• Best innovation award
• Best use of technology award
• Best production interior award
• Best conceptual interior award
• Best lifestyle interior award
• Best safety innovation award
• Best personalisation award
• Best eco design award
• Best conceptual exterior award*

In addition one overall winner will be selected from the above categories. This will be the first place prize winner and winner of the Interior Motives Student Design of the Year award.

* Submitted entries must include an interior design solution to be considered. Exterior solutions with no interior will not be considered.

The Interior Motives Student Design of the Year will receive a cheque for $5,000

The winner of each of the separate categories will receive a cheque for $500.

Finalists of the Interior Motives Design Awards 2006 will be invited to the Awards ceremony on 29 September for announcement of the winners. This is an excellent opportunity to meet top figures within the international automotive design community and possibly meet potential employers!

All students that enter the 2006 competition are also invited to attend the event.
